Once you place an order, our team gets to work preparing it for shipment as quickly as possible. You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery
Standard delivery within the United States takes 7–14 business days after your order is processed (processing takes 1–2 business days). Shipping is free on orders over $74.99; otherwise a flat rate of $9.99 applies at checkout. We ship within the United States only. Because our catalog spans many different items, some orders may arrive in separate shipments — this is completely normal and there is no extra charge to you. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
